La Vieille Forge guest house is situated in a small village called Berlou, which is in one of the most southerly departments of France, L'Herault (34). This is part of the Languedoc Roussillon region that sits on the Mediterranean coast between Provence and the Midi-Pyrenees. We are approximately 20 minutes north of Beziers which is our nearest airport or 25 miles from the coastal motorway, the A9.

Other airports in the area are Carcasonne, Montpellier, Perpignan and Nimes which are well served by budget airlines, particularly Ryanair. Beziers also has a mainline TGV station, which will bring you from the UK via Eurostar, changing at Lyon or Paris. We are happy to organise transfers from any of these destinations, the costs of which are shown in the prices section.
